Digicel ‘Data Doctors’ back on call

To ensure every mobile customer gets the most out of their data, telecommunications provider Digicel has reintroduced its crack team of 'Data Doctors'.

Based on customer feedback and calls for simplified offerings, transparent charging and ways to prevent unwanted data usage, the Data Doctors will be available to provide 12-hour call support each day.

Digicel customers can now dial 101 toll-free to reach a Data Doctor and can get help with understanding the features of their smart-phone or Internet-enabled device; getting the right settings for their device to operate at peak performance while using data; or, to select the best mobile data plan that suits their lifestyle and budget.

The line is exclusively for data matters and will operate from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
