FLOW service arrogant, poor
THE EDITOR, Sir:
The minister with responsibility for information, the Office of Utilities Regulation, and the Broadcasting Commission are not doing their jobs. Countless citizens are complaining about issues concerning FLOW's declining cable service while still paying high rates.
I would like for FLOW to explain how it can, on one hand, increase its charges while quietly removing several cable channels. It is a lose-lose for me, the consumer.
This level of callous disregard for customers is highly disrespectful and smacks of arrogance. This FLOW-LIME merger isn't benefiting me either, as my cellular service is now half what it was over a year ago.
What on earth is happening here?
