Carlos Hill trial set for July 3
A trial date of July 3 has now been set for former Cash Plus boss, Carlos Hill.
Hill is charged with fraudulently inducing persons to invest in Cash Plus and the Cash Plus Group.
He is on bail in the sum of $15 million.
Hill has been before the courts since 2008 following the collapse of Cash Plus.
More than 40,000 Cash Plus investors are owed about $10 billion.
Hill first went on trial last year March.
However, the prosecution stopped the trial following complaints by the defence lawyers that they did not receive certain documents.
Hill was subsequently re-arrested on the same fraud charges and the matter was again brought before the Home Circuit Court.
