Tuesday Talk

1. We can tell the Finance Minister how to raise some revenue for the national thread bag. All that is needed is a traffic cop with ticket books and pens. He should be stationed at the Dunrobin Avenue/Constant Spring intersection where motorists enter the extreme left lane which is designated for those turning left but they are in fact turning right. This breach is committed every day - just think how much money could be raked in at just this one corner and think of the many others where traffic rules are disobeyed consistently.

2. The feuding sisters are at it again. And it is so bad for business. Loyal patrons have noticed the difference in the quality of the products as disagreements have led to withdrawals and other negative changes. Pity, for it is the second time they would have built a brand only to tear it down again.
