Strawberry Hill is a magical retreat set high in Jamaica's majestic Blue Mountains.

Now they will be known for one more thing, their Blue Mountain coffee.

The nutty aroma of their Blue Mountain coffee is produced by the release of coffeol which develops in the bean during roasting, this is the signature of a strong controlled cup. It is a flavour that brings freshness to mind and yet, as it slowly cools, changes subtly, bringing a natural mystic to you from the slopes of the Blue Mountains of Jamaica.

At 3000ft, Strawberry Hill sits in the middle of the villages of Irish Town, Redlight, Woodford, Settlement and Middleton, an area that has been identified as eco-friendly by the Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica. Sustainable farming practices are implemented under this programme, reducing the amount of chemicals used and increasing the endemic bird life through the planting of indigenous food varieties.

Now you can not only enjoy the view, but a great cup of Strawberry Hill's Blue Mountain coffee.
