Players in: Davion Thorpe (Savannah), Damarley Oliver (Waterhouse), James Durrant (Arnett)
Coach's main objective for the season: "Our first objective is to try and repeat. There is also the Caribbean Club Championships, so we will have to rotate the players properly to have fresh legs at all times. We also want to play attractive football for our fans."
Coach's view on change from league format to a play-off system: "I think the change in format goes against the most consistent team, so my personal view is that we should have retained the league format."

Coach's view on change from league format to a play-off system (Shaw): "It has its negatives and it has its positives. I think the positive thing is it might generate more excitement for the fans, and I am hoping the final will be played in the stadium. But the negative now is that the season will end much quicker, for some of the players they won't have a salary, as most clubs don't pay when the season is out."
- Club: Montego Bay United
Coach: Donovan Duckie

Position last season: 7th
Players out: None
Player in: Lacon Brissett (Rivoli United)
Coach's main objective for the season: "It was huge when they (MBU) reached the end-of-round final, but outside of that they have not made the top six, so now we are trying to improve on that. Then if we can do it all over again by winning another end-of-round final and go on to win the prestigious title this season it would be a big bonus."
Coach's view on change from league format to a play-off system: "I think it was an excellent idea to change the format, you need to have money to maintain a league format. In our culture, the semi-final and final format brings more fun and more excitement."

Coach's view on change from league format to a play-off system: "I think the change lends itself to some excitement, so I don't have an issue with it really. And our sponsors get some promotion out of it and if they can make some money from it then that's good for them and it can be good for football also."

Coach's main objective for the season: "The main objective is not to finish in the bottom six again. But the team has been in the league for about eight years now, so it is time for us to compete and be a contender for the title:
Coach's view on change from league format to a play-off system: "It is going to be exciting for the fans, but the only drawback I have is that the number of games a player gets to play will depend on how far his team progresses. I think they should have also had a play-off in the bottom four to decide the two teams that are eliminated."
