Blend Bar & Lounge - Kingston's new 'it' spot

The Jamaica Pegasus introduces the latest addition to the Kingston nightlife - Blend Bar & Lounge. Blend Bar is a new hotspot that has emerged on the social scene for persons to relax and enjoy great cocktails in a modern, spacious, and luxurious setting.

Blend opened quietly only four weeks ago and has quickly become one of the coolest places to be seen on the Kingston landscape. This contemporary lounge combines a rich colour palate blending warm tones such as red, orange, and fuchsia with cooler blues and cream. The design appeal features Oriental overtures while highlighting Caribbean art in an eclectic combination appealing to the most discerning of patrons.

The understated and quiet elegance of Blend allows for intimate conversations so patrons can really enjoy each other's company without shouting over the music. The open concept of the lounge flows into the lobby without
losing its feel of privacy and serenity.

Every Wednesday, the
bar offers live piano music for a relaxing after-work experience. The
cuisine is also highlighted as the menu is equally exciting, inviting
patrons to savour signature menu items such as the jerk chicken
quesadilla served with sorrel and balsamic reduction, Jamaican-style
bruschetta - which is a bammy crostini served with sautéed codfish, ripe
tomatoes and a hint of Scotch bonnet pepper, or the Pegasus sliders
served with crumbled feta cheese and bacon bits. Other classic menu
items include spicy crab cakes, popcorn shrimp and the sumptuous seafood
pizza, to name a few.

Today, Outlook
opens the door of Blend Bar & Lounge, inviting all
patrons to bask in the modern luxuries beheld beyond the doors of The
Pegasus
