Jamaica beat Guadeloupe to take Digicel Caribbean Cup

Jamaica defeated Guadeloupe 5-4 on penalties after the teams played to one all draw at the end of regular and extra time.



In a tense penalty shootout, Troy Smith scored to put Jamaica 5-4 up before Guadeloupe failed to convert on the next kick.



Earlier, Cuba defeated Grenada 1:0 to take the third spot.
