Members of the media were this morning barred from entering the Half-Way Tree Resident Magistrate's Court to cover proceedings.

On arriving at the courthouse a policewoman on duty advised journalists that she was given instructions not to let the media in.

She said “I was given instructions not to let the media in, as the Contractor General, Dirk Harrison, has a matter before the courts.”

The ATL Pension Fund fraud trial is also taking place at the courthouse.
