"The movie, THE LAST SUPPER assumes a knowledge of the Gospels’ description of the Passion of Jesus. The expression of greed in Judas, envy in Caiaphas, and betrayal in Peter are just some of the human attributes reflected … this is a movie that tells a story in which our human flaws and frailty do not deter the sweet, sweet persistent love of a forgiving God who seeks to give us the abundant and eternal life. It’s a movie to be seen by members of the Christian community and God-fearing people.” – The Very Rev Canon Sirrano Kitson, D Min.

“THE LAST SUPPER brings to life events surrounding the story of Jesus and his disciples in a captivating real-life drama. The screenwriter was creative, and the cinematography was arresting. I believe this film is appropriate for especially audiences age 13 and up, to identify with themes of betrayal, jealousy, conspiracy, friendship, love and hope, which are part of the human experience.” – Rev Wayneford McFarlane

“THE LAST SUPPER is rich in meaning, symbolism, scripture, love, betrayal, jealousy, greed, faith.” – Rev. Fr Collin Henriques

An assembly of local clergy and church members across denominations, screened THE LAST SUPPER ahead of its release on the Palace Amusement circuit. After thoughtful discussion and unanimous agreement, they officially endorsed the film for public viewing, recommending it to churchgoers and children age 13 and over as a meaningful and suitable choice in keeping with the celebration of Easter and the commemoration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

From executive producer Chris Tomlin, THE LAST SUPPER is a biblical drama film about the last days of Jesus Christ. It is co-written and directed by Mauro Borrelli, and stars Jamie Ward (Jesus), James Oliver Wheatley (Peter), Charlie MacGechan (John), Robert Knepper (Judas), James Faulkner (Caiaphas), and Nathalie Rapti Gomez as Mary Magdalene.
