The Grace Food Festival returns to Hope Gardens this Saturday with live performances from Ding Dong, Christopher Martin, Rondell Positive, Prince Saj, and Joby Jay. Performances start at 6 p.m., closing out a day of food and family activities.

Known for his high-energy sets and signature dance anthems, Ding Dong is ready to deliver a set that will keep the crowd moving from beginning to end.

Sharing what fans can look forward to, he said, “I consider myself the energy man who brings the vibes and the crowd interactions. One thing is for sure, whenever I hit the stage, everyone can expect the unexpected because anything can happen. I’m unpredictable!” the Bounce artiste said, adding “I encourage all Jamaicans to come out to the Grace Food Festival, enjoy the atmosphere, the food, and be ready to dance and have fun once Ding Dong touches the stage.”

Adding a spiritual and uplifting element, Rondell Positive will bring his energy-filled gospel mix to the stage. “I’m thankful for the invitation to be a part of this year’s Grace Food Festival and I am looking forward to having the people encounter the music, the message, the mind of Christ, through the time I’ll get to spend with the audience! They can expect encouragement and great entertainment,” he said.

Beyond the music, patrons can expect a build-out to last year with themed villages, more vendors, and a Park and Ride service in partnership with the Jamaica Urban Transit Company Limited (JUTC). From the Jerk Village to the Kiddies Village, Grace has designed a complete family experience that celebrates the best of Jamaican food and culture.

“Though it’s first and foremost a food and family affair, the Grace Food Festival wouldn’t be complete without music and entertainment,” shared Ingrid Medwinter, Grace Food Festival project lead. She added, “Jamaican food and music go hand-in-hand, and we’ve curated a line-up that reflects the same quality and richness that Grace is known for.”
