St Ann teens arrested and charged following 10 cases of break-in

The police say so far, the teens have been charged in connection with three cases and seven are outstanding.

The Brown's Town Police in St Ann have charged a 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old Demaro Palmer with house-breaking, shop breaking and larceny, and malicious destruction of property.

They were charged following more than ten cases of break-in in Brown's Town between July 11 and 12.

The police say so far, the teens have been charged in connection with three cases and seven are outstanding.

In one incident on Church Street in St Ann, Palmer and the 17-year-old allegedly broke into a storeroom and stole one 48-inch television and a home theatre system.

Meanwhile, in another incident, the two reportedly broke into a shop in the Brown's Town market and stole items valued more than $20,000.

In a third incident, they allegedly broke into an unoccupied four-bedroom house and stole several items.
