The buck stops with you, Minister

THE EDITOR, Sir:

Mr. Montague, like most politicians, are buoyed by hubris and arrogance. Oftentimes , it's a veil that they hide behind to mask their ignorance.

In relation to the Palisades gridlock, the buck didn't stop ultimately with Mr Quallo. The buck had to stop at the last link in the chain of command. That ought to be the minister of defence.
