2k isn’t bad considering the normal fare is usually about 1.2k so if the other 8 bills is for comfort and a more relaxed drive ... it’s ain’t bad. – Donnell Brown
Half Way Tree to Port Antonio is overdue. – Barbara Johnson

Government a try box food out of the little man mouth, and then want the support of the little man, smart thinking SMH. – @nahor_nosnehpets
Stop wasting taxpayers money in a losing venture. Transportation business is a serious business that one has to oversee minutely, hourly, daily to reduce pilferage. Government run bus system will not work, especially in rural areas where the commuters aren’t in great numbers and private operators are doing the same routes. They will be going from place to place empty and half empty! – @barrycongo
Wasting money on these buses, JUTC will forever operate at a loss because a poor management and the fact government can’t run a business. Let’s be honest, these buses don’t impact transportation as we are meant to believe. Here is a better system, Kingston is overcrowded, ppl can’t find space to drive during peak hours or place to rent. A train system coupled with a ferry service. Trains running from Mobay to Kingston on the north coast, Westmoreland to Kingston on the south, trains arrive in Kingston any time after 7 a.m. each day, these JUTC buses now can be used to transport ppl to work or nearest point. Reduce road congestion, save people time and money and you can live in the country, work in the city and be back home each day. Ferry’s transport people from Portmore to Kingston daily, schedule coincide with the train service, buses coordinate the drop off or even taxis. This would make a major impact on transportation in Jamaica and it can happen, stop wasting money on these buses that can barely be serviced properly and invest in a railroad system coupled with a transport centre beside the train station to make things better. – @0_j_blemdizzle
