As you express admiration for the architectural merits of this villa, one cannot help but be distracted by the endless sea of mystique and tranquillity it faces, all holding you tight in an earthly image of paradise.

The house, sitting directly on a steep cliff face, 130 feet above the sea water swirling below, in Tower Isle, St Mary, joins the others in the area I have featured in recent times.

A proliferation of comforts are available to seduce you here, in its substantial 8,000-square-foot size, on a half-acre plot. From the indoor six bedrooms (all with glass-railed balconies); marble and natural stone quartzite (more scratch resistant, heat resistant and costlier than quartz) finished bathrooms with wet rooms of double rain showers and his and her toilets; fabulous, double-curved wood staircases; two separate living rooms (one above the other); powder room and island kitchen (finished in part man-made quartz); all graced with porcelain floor tiles – to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, gazebo, and barbecue grill set-up – all part of the seduction.

Built in 2021, the villa’s roof is of Decra–Shake stone–coated, metal roofing, with a driveway constructed of interlocking bricks and a general colour scheme of grey and white. The inordinate size of wall openings of absolute sheer glass on all sides of the building accepts, without any reluctance, the infinite seaviews and rays of sunlight penetrating the interior to the absolute joy of its inhabitants.

This week’s dream house, beyond any contradiction, captures hearts! Seeing is truly believing.
