Boss babes and sparkling mocktails? Just the right ingredients for a power-packed day of goal alignment, networking, and purpose-driven conversations. Hosted by Everyday Boss Belles, the women’s empowerment community under PR Belle Media Limited, the Goal Achievers Workshop, held under the theme ‘Purpose, Performance and Prosperity’, brought together a dynamic group of like-minded women ready to take charge of their goals.

Participants were treated to sweet bites, courtesy of Truly Marvalous Cakes & Pastries, a welcome ‘Sparkle N’ Slay’ mocktail powered by Sparkling CranWATA, body care goodies by Morgan’s Creek, and lunch catered by Chef Alex D-Great.

Following the official formalities, the day kicked off with a ‘PEP – Plan, Execute, Plush Life’ talk from Ruthlyn Johnson, customer service manager, East, at the Jamaica Public Service (JPS). As a sponsor of the event, JPS demonstrated its commitment to advancing female leadership by championing conversations that empower women to lead with intention. Johnson encouraged attendees to align their goals with their divine purpose and step boldly into the life they desire. “Find your purpose, then walk in it with full confidence,” she said.

At the heart of the event is Michelle-Ann Letman, the visionary behind PR Belle Media and Everyday Boss Belles. For her, the Goal Achievers Workshop is in response to the challenges many women face – they have big dreams and goals, but struggle with proper strategy and execution to accomplish those goals.

“The Goal Achievers event series is a space where I want women to feel celebrated, a space where we come together to regroup and strategise on how we will achieve our goals. It is also a space where we will hold each other accountable for the promises we make to ourselves,” she shared.

INTROSPECTIVE EXPERIENCE

Keynote speaker, Krystal Tomlinson, thrive coach and founder of the Success Farm, shifted the room with her thought-provoking session titled ‘Thrive Mode’ - an introspective experience that took women on a journey from idea to action.

“Access, enjoy, and manoeuvre a space of abundance,” she said, as she invited women to break free from the self-doubt that often clouds decision-making. “The biggest barrier in the way of a woman is the struggle to make the decisions that are best for us.” Her message was clear: women are worthy not because of their work, but because of who they are. “You decide what you think, what you focus on, and your next best step. The quality of your decisions determines the quality of your life.”

Participants walked away from the workshop not just motivated but mobilised — with tools to take action, a community to stay accountable, and a renewed outlook on their purpose. These women are now purpose-driven, performance-ready, and prosperity-aligned.
