Tami Williams works it for hot Aussie label
As summer’s long days soon draw to a close, enter fall fashion!
SAINT International’s Tami Williams already has a leg up on what’s hot for the new season.
The Jamaican supermodel is splashed all over the e-commerce platform for Australian fashion label Witchery’s latest womenswear ensembles.
Williams, who recently signed on the dotted line to be represented by Chadwick Models Down Under, is styled in Witchery’s pocket denim shirts, longline shirts, floral draped dresses and belt detail jeans.
“They’re the perfect fall wardrobe pieces,” shares the model star who jetted in for SAINT’s agency’s 25th anniversary Fashion Face of the Caribbean finals show. “Every woman needs a mix of classics like draped dresses and clean shirts in her closet, and there are some great Witchery options.”
Williams shot the new e-commerce collection in Sydney in July. Witchery retails women’s clothing, accessories and shoes. The label is one of Australia’s largest, with more than 500 stores across the mainland, New Zealand, and concession stores in Woolworths South Africa.
Speaking of her homecoming to celebrate SAINT’s silver anniversary, hosted last weekend at the AC Hotel Kingston, the two-time ELLE Paris cover-girl and Maybelline campaign star told Living: “I couldn’t miss it. I started my career right there on the Fashion Face stage and finished second in 2013. It’s always important for me to pay my respect to Deiwght (Peters), but also encourage the next generation of talent coming up.”
Williams’ Rock return was short-lived as duty called. She’s due back in Sydney for a slate of client assignments.
“I love every chance I get to be in Jamaica to spend time with my mom and family, but my agency confirmed new jobs that I need to shoot,” she revealed of the 16-hour trip that will take her from Los Angeles to Oz.
