This house of glass lets you live inside while feeling completely immersed in the outdoors. Its walls of glass create an architecture of transparency, continuously connecting the interior with the beauty of the natural surroundings. It is located in a stunning spot that juts into the sea, known as Don Christopher’s Point in Robins Bay, St Mary. If you want to escape the noise and chaos of everyday life, rest assured that no one will find you here.

The villa sits on a lush, fruit-bearing one and a half-acre property and was carefully designed so that all its rooms face the turquoise waters, framed by the commanding green hills in the background. The main house is filled with natural light and features full-length balconies and verandahs, reinforcing the concept of inside-outside living. A guest cottage with a carport beneath, along with additional caretaker’s quarters, bring the total livable space to 5000 square feet.

The main building features three bedrooms, including the owner’s suite on the ground floor, whose bathroom delights the senses with a tiled walk-in indoor shower and an open-air outdoor double rain shower set in beach stones. The open floor plan creates a welcoming living and dining area, a home office, and a kitchen with a dining island and walk-in pantry.

The interior details and finishes grabs attention, with tray and double-height ceilings, recessed lighting, and wood-look ceramic tile flooring. A floating staircase, quartz and granite countertops, custom cedar cabinets, and double vessel vanity sinks complete the sophisticated design.

Outside, an infinity pool enhances the sense of refreshment, accompanied by an entertainment deck. The nearby beach beckons, complete with a cabana for relaxation and shade.

The lot was purchased in 2020, and the property was developed a year later. It is owned by a building contractor and his wife, an interior designer. We appreciate their invitation into a world where there are no boundaries to living with a scenic view.
