The 78th Emmy Awards have come to a close, with Widow’s Bay emerging as the night’s big winner. The series made Emmy history with 14 wins, the most ever for a comedy series, sweeping major categories, including outstanding comedy series, directing and writing. But away from the stage, there was plenty happening on the arrivals carpet at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Red was traded for peacock blue this year in honour of NBC’s 100th anniversary, as A-listers turned the carpet into their own showcase ahead of the ceremony. Among those stepping out was Emmy Award-winning Jamaican-American actress Sheryl Lee Ralph, joined by her Abbott Elementary castmates, including Quinta Brunson and Janelle James.
