Shopkeeper shot, killed in Clarendon
A 25-year-old shopkeeper was killed at his business place in Clarendon last night.
It is reported that Kemar James was at his shop on Koolie Lane in Effortville when a lone gunman walked up and shot him.
By the time the police arrived the attacker had already fled the scene.
James was later pronounced dead.
It's understood that the shopkeeper was also shot at the same location in 2013.
Last night's shooting is the second in recent weeks in the Effortville community.
Shortly after 10 on the night of July 19, 20-year-old Romaine Bent otherwise known as Killer B was shot multiple times in a section of the community called Farm.
