Cabbie shot, killed in Trelawny

A taxi driver was shot and killed in Trelawny last night.
He has been identified as Fitz-Liser Booth who is of a Clark's Town address in the parish.
The incident happened along the border between Trelawny and St James about 8:34.
It’s reported that Booth stopped and picked up two men while travelling from Montego Bay to Trelawny.
It’s further reported that one of the men pulled a gun and shot him in the head.
The taxi driver lost control of the car, which crashed into a wall.
The gunmen then fled.
Another passenger who was inside the taxi was not hurt.
