For the staff and students at the Mt Alvernia High School in Montego Bay, St James, top-flight ground transportation company, Jamaica Tours Limited, has been an exceptional friend.

The tour company, which is also based in Montego Bay, fits the proverbial saying, "A friend in need is a friend indeed", as it is always ready whenever the school calls.

"Since the start of the 2017-18 school year, Jamaica Tours has provided us with ground transportation to all our off-campus activities," said Stacey Reynolds, principal of the all-girls high school. "We really want to show our appreciation to Jamaica Tours publicly because no praise is too high for them," added Reynolds.

The school, which spans grades 7 to 13, engages in numerous academic, sports, cultural and recreational activities, which takes staff and students across the island, so having a reliable transportation partner in Jamaica Tours is something that it cherishes.

"This allows us to travel in comfort and with the knowledge that we are in very good hands," said Reynolds. "We consider the support from Jamaica Tours invaluable."
