Twenty wards of the State from Glenhope Place of Safety, Maxfield Park Children’s Home and City of Refuge participated in a treat held at the Payless store in Manor Park last Saturday. The children shopped, played and ate to their heart’s content. The treat was a part of Payless’ annual Shoes4Kids initiative, where 400 pairs of shoes are donated to the Child Protection and Family Services Agency.
