UPDATE : Two die after boat capsizes off Port Royal coast

Two women have been confirmed dead after the boat in which they were travelling capsized off the coast of Port Royal in Kingston this morning.
Eleven other people were rescued and taken to the Kingston Public Hospital for treatment.
They were rescued by personnel from the Jamaica Defence Force Coast Guard and residents of Port Royal.
The incident happened some time after midday.
