Sagicor Foundation ‘reasons’ with students about financial literacy

The Sagicor Foundation, in partnership with the Reading N’ Reasoning initiative, promoted the joy of reading and essential life skills, with a special focus on financial literacy, during Read Across Jamaica Day on Tuesday, May 7.Held at the Montego Bay Conference Centre, the event saw the Sagicor Financial Corner bustling with excitement as dedicated Sagicor volunteers engaged students from grades four to six, representing various primary and infant schools. The students eagerly absorbed lessons from books on saving and responsible spending. To round out the experience, the Sagicor Foundation presented 15 students with child-friendly books, promoting healthy money habits from an early age.
