Galina, St Mary resident ‘Buss Head’ charged with arson
Twenty-four-year-old Daniel Campbell, otherwise called ‘Buss Head’, of Galina, St Mary has been charged with arson following an incident in the community on Monday.
Reports from the Port Maria police are that about 6:10 a.m., a woman woke up to the smell of smoke and discovered that her front door was on fire.
She quickly extinguished the flames with a bucket of water.
Footages from her CCTV system revealed Campbell entering and leaving her premises at the time the fire had started.
Damage to the door was valued at $5,000.
A report was made to the police and Campbell was subsequently arrested and charged.
His court date is being arranged.
