Teen dies in suspected drowning in Portland river

A teenage boy is suspected to have drowned while swimming in the Caenwood River in western Portland on Sunday afternoon.
The river was in spate when the boy allegedly entered it around noon.
Portland has been battered with heavy rains for the past three days, resulting in several rivers overflowing their banks.
The body has since been retrieved and taken to a morgue.
