Cavalier got the better of Mount Pleasant Football Academy 2-1 earlier today at the Edward Seaga Sports Complex through a last-minute penalty in Jamaica Premier League (JPL) action.

Dwayne Atkinson opened the scoring for Cavalier in the 11th minute before Odean Pennycooke levelled the match with an acrobatic finish in the 24th minute.

But, with just seconds left on the clock, Cavalier snatched the win as Richard King converted a penalty in the fifth minute of time added.

Cavalier, now on 66 points, remain fourth in the standings and move three points clear of Portmore United in fifth on 63.

Mount Pleasant maintain their lead atop the standings with an unassailable 87 points.
