Approximately 4,000 pounds of ganja seized by C-TOC in mangroves in Kingston

Approximately 4,000 pounds of ganja and several barrels of fuel were found in mangroves along the main road in Port Royal, Kingston on Sunday by cops attached to the Counter-Terrorism and Organized Crime Investigation Branch (CTOC).
No arrests were made.
It was reported that around 10:00 p.m., CTOC operatives conducted a targeted operation in the area, during which a search was carried out.
The items were discovered during the search.
The investigation is ongoing.
