Stacey Passley-Brown (left), customer service manager – Community Renewal, Jamaica Public Service, shares a moment with little Malachi Kerr at the art station during the back-to-school fair held at Chambers Pen All-Age School in Hanover on Thursday, August 14. The treat held in partnership between the JPS Community Renewal Team and Jamaica Social Investment Fund, included medical check-ups, school supplies such as bags and books, book vouchers along with rides and other fun activities for students and families. The initiative formed part of JPS’ islandwide back-to-school outreach, through which the company is investing over JMD $22 million to support more than 1,300 students.
