The JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the JMMB Group, recently partnered with Talk Up Yout’s CHAMP (Child Home and Mentorship Project) Parenting Conference, held at the S Hotel Club in Montego Bay, to equip parents and guardians with tools to better support their children’s growth and development.

As part of the conference, the foundation facilitated a Conversations for Greatness (CFG) workshop, tailored for parents. CFG is designed to help individuals shift limiting beliefs, embrace possibility thinking, and develop habits that foster personal growth and resilience.

The session guided participants in unpacking inherited ways of thinking shaped by their own upbringing, while introducing practical CFG tools that can be integrated into everyday parenting. Parents shared challenges and exploring how shifts in awareness and interpretation can help them nurture the greatness in their children.

The conference engaged approximately 50 parents and guardians.
