JCF mourning death of policewoman

Members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) are mourning the death of one of their colleagues who has passed away.
The deceased has been identified as 46-year-old Corporal Avarene Morris, who was attached to the Major Investigation Division of the JCF.
It is reported that about 5:47 p.m. on December 24, Morris, who had been ill for some time, was taken to a medical facility.
She later she died while undergoing treatment.
Following her passing, all formations of the JCF were informed, and members have expressed deep sadness at the loss of their colleague.
