Updated | Three men, including policeman, shot in Chisholm Avenue, St Andrew gun attack
Three men, including a policeman, were shot during a gun attack along Chisholm Avenue in St Andrew on Friday evening.
They were rushed to hospital for treatment.
The 39-year-old policeman was reportedly shot in both legs.
The other injured persons are a 23-year-old production clerk and 40-year-old construction worker.
Residents reported hearing a barrage of gunshots shortly before 7:00 p.m.
Police personnel from the St Andrew South division responded to the incident and combed the area for clues as part of an investigation.
The division has recorded the highest number of homicides since the start of the year.
At the end of January, five murders were reported from four shooting incidents.
