Police seek St Elizabeth contractor over firearm incident

Police in St Elizabeth are urging 44-year-old contractor Owen Miller to report to the Black River Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB) after he was listed as a person of interest in a discharge of a firearm incident in Goshen.
Miller has addresses in Howard Acres, Goshen, St Elizabeth; Georges Plain in Westmoreland; and White Water Boulevard in Spanish Town, St Catherine.
The police say he is being sought in connection with the incident reported about 8:40 p.m. on February 28.
Investigators say they are actively pursuing leads and are urging Miller to make himself available to assist with ongoing inquiries.
Members of the public who may know his whereabouts are being encouraged to contact the Black River CIB or the nearest police station as the investigation continues.
