Waterhouse keep the pressure on with another win

Waterhouse defeated Tivoli Gardens 2-1in their Jamaica Premier League (JPL) encounter at Sabina Park this afternoon. Cardell Benbow opened the scoring in the sixth minute, while Denardo Thomas added another in the 40th from close range.

Tivoli pulled one back from the penalty spot through Barrington Pryce in the 72nd minute but were reduced to 10 men when Dasha Satchwell was given a straight red in the 90th minute.

Waterhouse are atop the JPL standings on 20 points, three ahead of Mount Pleasant who are still to contest their ninth-round game.
