Hope, Powell take over as Windies while-ball captains

Shai Hope and Rovmaan Powell have been named the new West Indies white-ball captains.
Cricket West Indies announced today the 29-year-old Hope would lead the West Indies One-Day International while Powell, also 29, will take over the captaincy of the Twenty20 International.
They replace Nicholas Pooran, who stepped down last November after less than a year on the job.
