Leon Bailey scored Jamaica's second goal in their 3-0 halftime lead against Trinidad and Tobago this evening at City Park in St Louis, Missouri.

Jamaica controlled the majority of the action and took a 3-0 lead during the first half of their Concacaf Gold Cup Group A match against Caribbean rivals Trinidad and Tobago at the City Park in St Louis, Missouri, this evening.

Demarai Gray tucked his shot inside the netting of the goal to the far post to provide a 14th-minute lead for the Reggae Boyz, with Leon Bailey extending their advantage three minutes later after being set free on Trinidad and Tobago’s goalkeeper Nicklas Frenderup.

Bailey’s goal was initially ruled offside by the referee but was awarded after being reviewed by VAR.

Gray added his second goal in the 29th minute after a quick attack by the Reggae Boyz, who won the ball midway the Trinidad and Tobago half, pulled their opponents’ defence out of place. Goalkeeper Frenderup left his line to tackle Michail Antonio, who passed to Gray unmarked in front of the goal.
