Lamara Distin celebrates her victory in the women's high jump at the National Senior and Junior Championships (Trials) at the National Stadium today. Distin cleared 1.91 metres.

High jumper Lamara Distin for the second time in a row, has been crowned national champion as she edged a competitive Kimberly Williamson in a two-competitor field at the National Senior and Junior Championships at the National Stadium today.

Distin achieved a championship-best jump of 1.91 metres, while Williamson managed 1.88.
