Champs fans call it

TODAY MARKS the final day of the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships (Champs), and while some pictures have begun to emerge about who the champions will be, it isn’t altogether clear, but for some, the answers are obvious.

Question: Who do you think will win the boys’ and girls’ titles for the 2025 ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships?

Marlene: I am supporting Calabar for the boys’ title and St Catherine High for the girls’. I’m sure who is going to win Boys’ Champs but for the girls, I think probably Edwin Allen are going to win.

Shanae: I am supporting Calabar of course; Rabalac all the way! We will be taking the win for the boys and for the girls, I’m supporting Wolmer’s Girls but I think Hydel High will win the girls’ title ahead of Edwin Allen.

Aaliyah Edwards: I believe that Jamaica College (JC) will win Boys’ Champs and Edwin Allen are going to win Girls’ Champs.

Ali Chambers: Of course, it’s one Hydel! I’m definitely bringing Hydel for Girls’ Champs and Calabar for Boys’ Champs.

Michael Swaby: I think KC are going to win the boys’ title and Edwin Allen will win the girls’ title.
