Arnett goalie stabbed after JPL game
Arnett Gardens goalkeeper Roje Williams was stabbed after a Jamaica Premier League game against rivals Tivoli Gardens at the Anthony Spaulding Sports Complex earlier this evening.
The woman alleged to have stabbed Williams is the Arnett shotstopper's girlfriend.
Initial reports declared that the former Vere goallie had died from the incident, sending a cloud of gloom over the venue.
However, it was later reported that the player had lost consciousness but was being treated at hospital.
Williams played for Vere for two seasons before joining Arnett at the start of the current campaign.
He is 24 years old.
