2024 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Champions Cavalier FC are officially eliminated from the 2026 tournament, while defending champions Mount Pleasant FA and Portmore United could both advance on the final matchday.

This, after Salcedo FC and Cibao FC played out a 1-1 draw at Estadio Moca 85 in Moca, Dominican Republic, on Thursday.

The result sees Salcedo finishing with six points, while Cibao moved to five points with Portmore United left to play.
