The ISSA Manning Cup Group A second round match between Jamaica College (JC) and Wolmer’s Boys’ has been postponed due to heavy rain at the Ashenheim Stadium earlier today.

The match was called off by the referees in the second half with approximately 30 minutes left on the clock.

The remaining minutes of the match will be played in a rescheduled fixture to be confirmed by ISSA.

JC were leading Wolmer's 1-0 before the referee’s decision through a strike from Akheary Senior.

However, they were reduced to 10 men when Senior, the goalscorer, was shown a red card.

JC currently sit third in the group standings on four points, behind Wolmer's who sit second in six.

The two teams are vying for one of the four automatic qualifying spots to advance to the next round.
