Cuba struck by 5.5 earthquake

HAVANA, Cuba, CMC – Sections of Cuba were rocked by a magnitude 5.5 earthquake early Sunday.
The earthquake, which was centred offshore about 34 kilometres from Imías, Cuba, was also felt in parts of Haiti and The Bahamas.
It had a depth of approximately 15 kilometres.
International seismic agencies said the quake was initially measured at 5.9 before being revised to 5.5.
There were no reports of damage or injuries.
