WESTERN BUREAU: It's all systems go for this year's staging of the Milo Western Relays, now in its 37th year, and, as usual, a glamorous list of athletes from some of Jamaica's biggest track and field clubs, including MVP's double Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, as well as top high-school stars, are down to participate.
