Steven Sykes is director of operations at Continental Baking Company (National Baking).
- What is the title of the last book you read and what was it about?
The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. It's about a prominent person who is killed and his hand removed. On his hand is a tattoo that has significant meaning and it opens up the plot.
- What CD are you listening to now?
A compilation of Michael Bublé and Lady Gaga.
- Where was the last interesting place you visited and why did you find it so?
Italy was the last place I vacationed. It was interesting because of the history it has. It was the centre of one of the most striking civilisations and its architecture speaks to this.
