Hosted on the beach of the celebrated Palmyra Resort and Spa, Clear Concept's Vertigo All-White affair on Sunday, August 8 offered the atmosphere of an outdoor barbecue and South Beach glam.
A member of The Leading Hotels of the World, the Solis-branded resort would have nothing else as The Weekend climaxed after a three-day invasion of the Second City by the island's party animals.
Transcending the ordinary and penetrating the very granules of the white sand that lovingly caressed the feet was how the organisers intended the evening to be, and it was pure bliss.
"The moment you arrive in Montego Bay you'll know you've arrived in a magical place. Magical. Floating on a sea breeze, a fragrant blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and begonia beckons you," Clear Concept told Outlook weeks ago.
And they were right! Lush emerald hills gave way to pristine white beaches which in turn surrendered to the dazzling aquamarine of the Caribbean Sea. That was just one of the essential components of the signature event - Vertigo.
Outlook was there and the snapshots on these pages are only a taste of the beautiful people who made this event even more special.
The sponsors who believed in the potential of The Weekend include: The Lazarus Foundation, Wray and Nephew, United States-based carrier - Jet Blue, CVM Television, On-Stage, Kyla's Posh N' Sassy, African Connection, DMS Broadcasting - Grand Cayman, Iberostar Rose Hall, The Palmyra and Rose Hall Great House.
