Amanda-lee McCreath

McCreath is currently a student at The Caribbean School of Architecture at the University of Technology. She plans to use her architectural skills to aid in Jamaica's development. The 2007 graduate of Hillel Academy topped her class in art, technical drawing, physics and integrated science.
She would like to meet the Obamas, as she believes they have changed the perception of limitless achievement. She thinks they are the most influential people of this decade and finds their successes inspiring to many young persons.
McCreath believes that charity begins at home and has participated in many such events. She is believes that communication plays an important role in imparting knowledge.
Chantal Raymond

Chantal Raymond is the true definition of beauty and brains. She recently graduated from Harvard Law School where she was the recipient of a Doctor of Law, 2010. She was also co-president and co-founder of the Harvard Caribbean Law Association. Raymond has a BSc degree from the University of Florida and nine undergraduate academic scholarships. Chantal completed an internship at the United States Embassy in Kingston.
She is desirous of being the chief executive officer of a major international corporation.

This student of the University of Miami is eyeing a career as a professional athletic paediatric nurse. Deandra has set her sights on participating in the Olympics and has a long list of track achievements to her credit including a full track and field scholarship for four years.
In five years, Deandra sees herself completing her second bachelor's degree in nursing then continuing to her master's in nurse anaesthesia. She also hopes to qualify for the Jamaica track and field team for the 2011 World Championships and 2012 Olympics.

Shanique Mongal

A mentor to many young persons, Shanique Mongal actively participates in Scotiabank's mentoring programme. She engages in volunteer work in her free time. Her goal is to work at a government entity that has direct responsibility for social and behavioural changes among young adults.
Mongal's ambition is to contribute positively to society, starting at the community level. Her plans to complete her Masters degree in communication with a minor in social and behavioural change.
She would have loved to have met Marcus Garvey whom she believes was one of the most prolific political thinkers of all time.
Her proudest moment was visiting Africa as part of the All Africans Student Conference in 2005. While there, she visited the Apartheid Museum, Mandela's old home in Soweto and other significant historical monuments.

She was also a Miss Jamaica World finalist in 2005.
Her ambition is to become an international talk-show host, television producer, philanthropist, and entrepreneur and to obtain a doctorate degree in counselling psychology. Her dream is to establish a home for street children providing them with proper nutrition, care, education and skills training.
