Elizabeth Pringle, one of the pioneers of the Round Hill Hotel in Hanover, and Ted Bensinger, pose for the camera at the 45th anniversary of the Sugar Cane Ball staged by Hanover Charities at Round Hill Hotel last Saturday. Last year, the event earned more than US$96,000. With Saturday seeing the largest turnout, it is anticipated that US$200,000 will be made this year. The monies raised are used for various charitable causes throughout the parish. See Sunday's Outlook for details.
