Miss Jamaica World 2010, Chantal Raymond, took a break to relax and unwind for a few days at the luxurious Couples Sans Souci Resort and Spa in St Mary recently.

The Harvard Law School graduate, who lists travelling among her hobbies, has journeyed to such places as Japan, Spain, Italy, England, France, the United States of America, Trinidad, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Canada, The Bahamas and China, where she represented Jamaica with pride in the 2010 Miss World pageant.

However, it was her first time at Couples Sans Souci, one of the island's leading resort and spas, and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

While there, Raymond made full use of the hotel's facilities, including the world-famous Charlie's Spa, and enjoyed a private dinner at the spa gazebo. But it wasn't all about her. Being the people person she is, Raymond took time out to chat with team members at the resort, including General Manager Pierre Battaglia and Regional Spa Manager Denise Morrison.

Chantal will relinquish her crown on August 27 when pageant organiser, Spartan Health Club, stages the 2011 edition.
