THE MANDEVILLE police are on a manhunt for the killer(s) of Doctor Clinton Lewis who was found murdered at his apartment in Mandeville on Friday.

According to reports, relatives and friends of Lewis got concerned when he didn't turn up for work at the Black River Hospital Friday morning.

The police were alerted and visited his Wesley Terrace home shortly after midday.

After gaining entry to his apartment, the police found 51-year-old Lewis in his bathroom with a wound to his chest. He was taken to the Mandeville Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Head of the Area Three Police, Derrick Cochrane, strongly condemned the killing. "We are asking anyone with information to contact the Mandeville CIB, or head of the Manchester Police Division, Lascelles Taylor, as soon as possible," Cochrane said. "We intend to go all out in finding who did this heinous crime."
